Application Security & Sessions (app.ipmflow.com)

  • XSRF-TOKEN (Laravel): A security cookie used to protect the application against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks. Expiration: 2 hours (Session).
  • ipm_session (Laravel): Maintains your logged-in state and authentication session within the app. Expiration: 2 hours of inactivity (Session).
  • swpm_session: Manages membership sessions. Expiration: Session.
  • (Note: Various wordpress_logged_in_* and wp-settings-* cookies are also used exclusively for administrators logging into the backend dashboard. Expiration: Session to 1 year).

B. Functional Local Storage (app.ipmflow.com – No consent required)

We use your browser’s Local Storage to save your user interface preferences inside the closed application. These do not track you across the web.

  • ipmflow_app_locale: Remembers your preferred language inside the app. Expiration: Persistent (until manually cleared).
  • ipmflow_onboarding_complete: Remembers that you have completed the initial onboarding so the wizard does not appear again. Expiration: Persistent.
  • ipmflow_known_user / ipmflow_cta_dismissed: Remembers your user state to hide guest banners and calls-to-action. Expiration: Persistent.

C. Statistics & Analytics Cookies (Consent required)

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the public website (ipmflow.com) by collecting and reporting information anonymously. These are only set if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner.

  • _ga (Google Analytics 4): Used to distinguish unique users by assigning a randomly generated number as a client identifier. Expiration: 2 years.
