IPMFlow Desktop changelog

Product changes that matter to users. Dates refer to the Desktop release; availability can depend on the installed version and administrator settings.

1.4.2 – 25 September 2026

  • Improved the reliability of Smart Trend report generation.

1.4.1 – 25 September 2026

  • Improved the reliability of Smart Trend chart and report generation, including analyses with incomplete measurement data.

1.4.0 – 25 September 2026

Analysis and professional review

  • Smart Trend: optional analysis mode for varied, larger data sets. AI interprets source structure and user instructions; the application calculates results and checks figures, charts and required content before the report is ready. Ambiguous input pauses for a question, and a run can resume from checked progress. Smart does not silently switch to Standard mode. It is off by default and an administrator enables it.
  • Review after edits: an edited Smart report must be saved and rechecked before PDF export or reuse as context. The recheck covers verified numbers, chart data and required sections; professional judgment remains necessary for narrative content.
  • Section Assist: AI check and instructed rewrite are available per report section in Trend, Risk Assessment and IPM Program. Findings point to the relevant text. Rewrites appear as a diff and preview, are applied only after acceptance, can be undone, and reset the professional export confirmation.
  • IPM Program Assist: suggests program text using selected Trend and Risk sources, presets and a previous IPM Program run. Suggestions remain previews until the user applies them.

Workflow and interface

  • Form search finds labels and entered values in Trend, Risk Assessment and IPM Program forms, including fields on other Risk wizard steps. The Search / Ctrl+F control is in the top toolbar.
  • Report search and replace works within a section or across all sections, with accent-insensitive matching, hit counts and guarded bulk replacement. Context-aware editor menus add text and table operations.
  • Model guidance presents current catalog capabilities, context and pricing data together with observed Smart outcome and cost measures. New profiles default to GPT-6 Sol with medium reasoning effort; existing saved choices are preserved. GPT-6 Astra remains a user choice for demanding work.
  • Cleaner report letterhead for Trend, Risk Assessment and IPM Program PDFs uses the provider’s name, optional logo and configurable brand color.
  • Updated Help covers the new workflows in all ten application languages.

Privacy and transparency

  • AI Privacy Shield pseudonymizes known, structured identity fields before OpenRouter requests in the analysis workflows and AI Assist. It reduces the exposure of those fields but does not replace reviewing content and following your organization’s data handling rules. A local AI option is also available when configured.
  • AI Act related measures: AI interaction is identified in the interface; exported analysis PDFs contain machine-readable AI-origin metadata; user guidance covers AI literacy and human professional review. These are product measures, not a blanket legal certification of a customer’s use.

Companion intake, available separately

  • Client Intake at intake.ipmflow.com lets a customer complete a seven-step pre-visit questionnaire in their browser and return a branded PDF. The questionnaire does not upload its answers. Its PDF maps to the Risk Assessment form for manual transfer and site verification; automatic Desktop import is not yet available. Client Intake is distinct from the technician’s Mobile Risk PWA.

1.3.2 – 26 July 2026

Desktop

  • IPM Program free-text fields now consistently support up to 20,000 characters across the form and AI Assist suggestions, including text loaded from presets.
  • Added a specific, translated error for an IPM field that exceeds its limit, including the field and excess length.

Website and product information

  • Improved the English and Hungarian Desktop pages’ search and social-sharing metadata, including page-specific preview images and structured product offer information.
  • Published the bilingual Archibald Havasi author profile and linked article author metadata to it.
  • Corrected Hungarian page metadata affected by an encoding issue and removed duplicate blog archive entries from the post sitemap.
